We source quality ingredients from local farms and believe the shortest distance from the farm to the table is the best. “Farm to table” ensures the best flavor and freshness available to our guests. Not only does this showcase what farmers in Colorado do so well, but it gives our guests the opportunity to support their neighbors and friends. By sourcing locally we can ensure we know where our produce comes from, the person who grew it, and ensure that our food is at the peak of freshness.
At SALT our passionate commitment to sustainability informs everything we do. From using the EWG.org dirty dozen list to inform our organic produce choices. As a chef, I serve only things that I will eat myself. We only serve grass-finished beef, GMO-free chicken and pork. Our organic eggs are locally produced by Rogue Farms. We source food that bridges the gap between healthy, delicious and sustainable.
