At SALT our passionate commitment to sustainability informs everything we do. From using the EWG.org dirty dozen list to inform our organic produce choices. As a chef, I serve only things that I will eat myself. We only serve grass-finished beef, GMO-free chicken and pork. Our organic eggs are locally produced by Rogue Farms. We source food that bridges the gap between healthy, delicious and sustainable.
