That’s right spring is here! Despite those pesky reminders of winter still hanging about, as of March 20th, the season has officially started. The birds are singing and so are we. Sugar snap peas and asparagus, yep it’s safe to say we’re twitterpated.

The mountains and skiing in the winter, combined with the beautiful summer weather drew him to Boulder in ’95. He began work at Old Chicago as a bartender, working his way up to Senior Managing Partner. Fava Bean Puree Recipe
The Fava Bean Puree is one of our favorites not only for its delicious flavor, but for its amazing health benefits. Fava beans are high in folate, iron and dietary fiber. So break out those snap peas and other amazing spring time vegetables and start dipping!
SALT’s Tiramisu Recipe
The name Tiramisu is of Italian origin and translates to “lift me up” or “pick me up”. Traditionally, the ladyfinger cookies are soaked in coffee and a mousse consisting of mascarpone folded with an Italian meringue. The use of amaretti cookie is a classic end to an Italian meal, especially in Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, and Piemonte. It’s old school meets a modernist approach. This tiramisu a great way to end a perfect meal at SALT, or in your own back yard.
