We love this time of year!  Valentine’s is Saturday February 14 ~ a wonderful time to celebrate love and aphrodisiac ingredients!

Denver Restaurant Week is right around the corner. A “celebration of the culinary scene in Denver” Feb 20- March 1.  Participating restaurants in and around Denver will offer a multi-course dinner for the fixed price of $52.80 for two, or $26.40 for one (not including tax or gratuity).  We’re happy to be back for another year, SALT and Colterra’s menu will make your mouth water. Colterra Food & Wine

Valentine’s Day Dinner ~ Saturday, February 14th 5-10pm $75 per person

Valentine’s is wonderfully romantic at the historic Colterra Food and Wine. This year, join us for a $75 prix fixe menu. Treat your sweetheart and enjoy Truffled Local Mushroom Risotto, Grilled Teton Waters Ranch NY Strip Steak, and Symphony of Chocolate for Two. Call 303.652.0777 for more details and reservations.

Taste of Spain Wine Dinner ~ Thursday, February 19th 6:30pm $75 per person

This February, we are enjoying Spanish food and wines. Recently, the Natural Wine Company started importing the legendary wines of La Rioja Alta. The Bodega, which was founded in 1890, has been producing some of Spain’s most intriguing and classic red wines for a 125 years.  It will begin with Raventos i Blanc’s Cava, founded in 1497; Raventos is Spain’s top and original producer of sparkling wine.  Chef Michael Drazsnzak has created a spectacular menu inspired by traditional Spanish cuisine — each dish paired exquisitely with every glass. A Day for Lovers Valentine’s Day Dinner ~ Saturday, February 14th 5-11pm $65 per person

You can’t get more romantic than a great dinner in the heart of downtown Pearl. SALT is known for its first dates, proposals, and anniversaries. Valentine’s Day is one of our favorites. This year join us for a three course prix fixe menu plus an optional flight of bubbles, beer, or wine.

We are still in the midst of construction of opening our new restaurant next door to SALT, and will be posting updates on social media and website here soon. We haven’t settled on a name, yet, tried a few on but still enjoying the creative process of bringing it all to life. An exciting and fun venture so far!
