This February, we are enjoying Spanish food and wines. Recently, the Natural Wine Company started importing the legendary wines of La Rioja Alta. The Bodega, which was founded in 1890, has been producing some of Spain’s most intriguing and classic red wines for a 125 years. It will begin with Raventos i Blanc’s Cava, founded in 1497; Raventos is Spain’s top and original producer of sparkling wine. Chef Michael Drazsnzak has created a spectacular menu inspired by traditional Spanish cuisine — each dish paired exquisitely with every glass. Please call 303.652.0777 for reservations.
