The new fall cocktails are here and none embrace the flavors of the season quite like The Apple Bottom. Created by mixologist Rachel Mann, this drink is a little sweet, and a little spicy and a whole lot of tasty. In fact it’s so good, we dare you to have just one!
1 oz Dancing Pines Spiced Rum
1 oz Dancing Pines Creme Brulee Liquor
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Lemon Juice
Dash of ginger beer
Place a large apple slice in the bottom of an old fashioned glass and top with ice. Muddle a quarter of the apple in a shaker tin and add rum, brulee liquor, simple syrup and lemon juice. Shake ingredients with ice and double strain over ice into your old fashioned glass. Top with a dash of ginger beer.
