Named after one of the most fearless Greek Goddesses, this cocktail has a little bit of everything. The slight effervescence is perfect for warmer weather, creating a crisp finish, while the spiciness from the jalapeño wakes up the taste buds. Local distiller, Spring 44’s Honey Vodka pleasantly accompanies the sparkly and spicy. Top it off with Yellow Chartreuse – creating an herby earthiness. Is your mouth watering yet? 1 oz. Babich Sauvignon Blanc
1 oz. Spring 44 Honey Vodka
0.5 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
0.75 oz. Lemon Juice
0.75 oz. Ginger Syrup
1 Slice Jalapeño

Shake all ingredients with ice. Double strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with jalapeño slice.
