The SummerSALT is a new summer creation of our veteran bartender Seth Caparelli, and it has already earned it’s place as a SALT classic. Casa Noble Reposado Tequila and bit of Aperol set the tone for the sweet, bitter, and smokey accents in this cocktail. Here’s the recipe to make it at home or try it anytime at SALT!
1.5 oz Casa Noble Tequila
.75 oz Fresh Squeezed lime juice
.75 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liquor
.5 oz Cointreau
.5 oz aperol
4 mint leaves
drizzle of Agave syrup
Shake ingredients and serve over ice. Garnish with a mint leaf!
