1st Course

Steak Tartar – fresh horseradish, Roque farm egg, pickled shallots, parmigiano toast

Warm Potato Leek Soup – chanterelle mushroom, toast, parsley oil

Butter Poached Wild Gulf Shrimp – blood orange, local honeycrisp apple, arugula, avocado, polenta croutons, blood orange vinaigrette


2nd Course

Bouillabaisse – red snapper, monkfish, sea bass, mussels, fennel, saffron, potatoes, rouille, grill bread

Pan Seared Wild Striped Bass – winter vegetable & apple soffritto, organic quinoa, Castelvetrano olive & caper vinaigrette

Pasture Raised Beef Two Ways – sweet potato puree, caramelized onion, swiss chard, cabernet peppercorn sauce

Chanterelle & Salsify Gratin – butternut squash filled with ricotta & sage, crispy local organic beet cake, swiss chard, ragout of oyster mushroom & spaghetti squash

Oakfire Tenderbelly Pork Chop – crispy polenta, swiss chard, bronzed organic Honeycrisp apple, cider reduction


3rd Course

Molten Chocolate Cake – Frangelico ganache, hazelnut anglaise, candied hazelnut

Gluten Free Vanilla Bavarian Cream – almond tuile, blood orange sabayon, pomegranate berries

Truffle Trio – dark chocolate, milk chocolate & ancho chili, white chocolate espresso, chocolate mousse, blood orange supremes
