There’s nothing quite like the Mediterranean climate of warm days and cools nights and a long growing season to bring acidity and complexity to the wines. Triennes Vineyards are sustainably farmed and currently being converted to completely organic over the next few years. Harvest occurs at night when the grapes are cool upon arrival at the winery. For this special event, to compliment the 4 course dinner, we’ll be featuring the beautifully crafted Rose, Viognier, and Syrah Blend. Spaces are limited. Call 303.444.7258
